I am not constipated anymore!! The first day I went 4 times!!! Never in my adult life have I gone more than twice a day. I’m happy if I go once a day. Most of the time I go once every 2 or more days. Now I go every time I eat.

Also after the 3rd day, I don’t feel the need to spit anymore!! I use to feel like I had something stuck in my throat and I didn’t think about it until my hubby mentioned it to me.

Oh and my dog has bad allergies from the grass and his paws aren’t so pink anymore after spraying his water bowl with TRS. My sleep is so much deeper that I dream every night now. I seldom ever have dreams!!! OMG so many benefits already but THE best is my knee is not hurting anymore!
