My darling, talented girl, who has learning challenges and a PANDAS diagnosis, has been on TRS since the end of her Freshmen year. She is now a high school Junior. Her PANDAS symptoms are gone! Most markedly, her tics have disappeared!
Academics have caused much pain, shame, embarrassment, and tears over the years. Her gem of a tutor, who has been working with her nonstop since elementary school years, recently asked her what she has been doing because she retained everything over the summer despite the long break in tutoring and her academic progress has skyrocketed lately. The answer, of course, is TRS! Her grades are up across the board and she is holding her own in the regular level classes she is integrated into. She hasn’t asked me for help with homework since the beginning of the school year and has been getting A grades on her papers! It wasn’t that long ago that she struggled to formulate a sentence on her own! TRS is unlocking the potential in her brain that was being held captive by metals and toxins which were making her sick and miserable! Now, she is optimistic and happy.
